About Friday4:30

Why We Started.

Incidents rarely arrive at convenient times. They hit when information is fragmented, key people are unavailable and pressure is highest. That moment often seemed to be on a Friday at 4:30. After years of disjointed incident responses, the F&B industry deserved a single platform. One that allows a rapid and multi-directional response encompassing consumers, suppliers, regulators and the media.

What We Do.

Friday4:30 is the only end-to-end incident management platform for the Food & Beverage industry. Through our software we help teams to prepare for, respond to and recover from operational incidents and crisis situations. From a one-off complaint to a full product recall, we've created your single source of truth.

Our Mission.

To make preparedness effortless. To ensure that when disruption occurs, teams already know what to do. Allowing the F&B industry to have the confidence to act, communicate and navigate uncertainty. Building defensible reputations and protecting consumer trust.

The problem

What an incident looks like today.

When something goes wrong, most teams fall back on the same set of tools. None of them were designed for a live incident.

Scattered email threads

Critical updates buried in inboxes, lost between forwarded chains and unclear ownership.

WhatsApp and side channels

Decisions made in private chats with no record, no structure, and no audit trail.

Spreadsheets and disconnected tools

Trackers that go stale within minutes and tools that do not talk to each other.

No shared visibility

Confusion under pressure, slow response times, and no single view of what is actually happening.

Why it matters

What this costs you.

A poorly handled incident does not stay contained. It spreads across time, money, reputation, and operations.

Time

Every minute of delay widens the impact and narrows your options.

Money

Recalls, write-offs, and disrupted production turn small issues into large invoices.

Reputation

Retailers, regulators, and consumers remember how you respond, not just what went wrong.

Operations

Unmanaged incidents pull people off the line and stall the rest of the business.

When something goes wrong, teams do not have time to figure things out. They need a system that already knows what to do.
